1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All EU orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (3-5 business days).

4. USA Shipping Rates

All USA orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (5-8 business days). Prices include a handling buffer for Royal Mail's duty fee.

US customs may apply additional import duties payable by the recipient.

5. Rest of World Shipping Rates

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (5-8 business days).

6. Orders of 4 or More Boxes

For orders of 4 or more boxes, please contact us at info@naturesfinesthealth.com before placing your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@naturesfinesthealth.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are unable to refund or replace products lost in shipping unless purchased with a tracked shipping option.
