Domestic UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. The following services are available at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — delivered within 3-5 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — delivered within 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature — delivered within 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature — delivered within 3-5 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. All international orders are fully tracked from despatch to delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- EU: 3-5 business days
- USA: 5-8 business days
- Rest of World: 5-8 business days
EU Customers
Import VAT may be due on delivery as we are not currently registered under the EU IOSS scheme. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
USA Customers
Any applicable import duties are handled and paid at the point of posting — there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
All Other International Customers
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges upon arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
Ordering 4 or More Boxes?
Our standard shipping rates cover orders of up to 3 boxes. If you would like to order 4 or more boxes please contact us at info@naturesfinesthealth.com before placing your order and we will provide you with a personalised shipping quote. We are happy to accommodate larger orders.
