☕ How to use

Empty the sachet into a cup, add 180ml of hot water and stir well. Can also be mixed into another drink of your choosing.

Recommended dosage: 4 to 5 sachets per week, maximum one per day. Best taken in the morning or two hours before sleeping, preferably after a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
